If you can imagine it, you can make it happen in the Lab’s Animation Studio!
• Create stop-motion animated films using clay, paper, sand and other fun materials
• Invent your own characters and creatures, and bring them to life
• Record voiceovers in the Recording Studio, choose sound effects, and even compose original music using GarageBand
• Star in a live-action stop motion film
• Class size: 9

Second Take - VACATION CAMP

If you’ve completed first take, this is for you. In this intermediate program you’ll learn more advanced features of Final Cut Pro, enhance your knowledge of lighting and sound, and study the art of directing actors. Students become a production crew, helping each other throughout the week. Group size: 8

Acting for the Camera - VACATION CAMP

Through creative exercises and other activities, you’ll explore the technical, emotional, and physical aspects of onscreen performance, which has its own techniques. You’ll also learn about the working relationship between actors and directors. No experience required. Group size: 8
