Please allow 7-10 days for membership processing. You will not be able to purchase member-priced tickets online until you receive your membership ID number. In the meantime, bring your online membership email confirmation to the Box Office to purchase tickets at the member price.
If you purchase tickets online at the nonmember price after purchasing your membership, you may contact the Membership Department at 914.773.7663, ext. 6 or membership@burnsfilmcenter.org Mon-Fri, 9-5, with your order number and we will send you a complimentary pass to cover the cost difference.
