Donate to the Bingham Ray Scholarship Fund
Bingham Ray passed away suddenly on January 23, while at the Sundance Film Festival. With his passing the JBFC loses a beloved friend and one of our earliest supporters.
Bingham’s passion for film began at an early age. In his memory his family has established the Bingham Ray Scholarship Fund to support students interested in deepening their exploration into the world of film. Donations can be made online, by mail and phone.
You may want to consider a tribute or memorial gift to the JBFC as a way to honor or remember someone special in your life. To do so, please follow these instructions depending on your preferred method of payment.

- Complete the requested information on the "Registration Information" page and click “Continue”
- Designate your gift amount in “Donation Information” section.
- In the “Payment Information” section use the “COMMENTS” box to designate the Bingham Ray scholarship fund.
- Click “Proceed to Verification” to verify your donation and payment information.
- Click “Make a Donation Now” to complete the transaction. (the “Comments” box is no longer shown)
- You will receive an immediate email to confirm receipt of payment. A formal acknowledgment will be mailed to you and the Ray family will receive a letter informing them of your thoughtful and generous gift.
